Hay Tire Pros - West Ashley

First experience with Kay = A+. Most recent F-. Poor communication. Never a straight answer. No calls returned. The two service people gave COMPLETELY different stories about my car during the same visit . One said they stayed late to get most of the work done. The other told the correct story- no work done. I spoke to the manager. He gave me a better explanation of what occurred with my car and the difficulty getting the correct parts. He also explained that another car was having similar work completed which led to the incorrect information. I appreciate the prompt follow up and Will return to Hay Tire for future service

I can't say enough great things about Hay Tires in West Ashley! I came in because I had a nail in my tire, and after taking the time to inspect it, Chris and the team found that the tire needed to be replaced rather than repaired. Once they diagnosed the problem, they let me know they only had about 10 minutes until closing. I immediately offered to come back another day, but instead they insisted on taking care of it right then and there. They stayed late to replace my tire so I could leave safely, and they never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Everyone was incredibly kind, positive, and professional throughout the entire experience. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days. Chris and the team truly went above and beyond, and their willingness to help, outstanding attitudes, and genuine care for their customers made all the difference. If you're looking for honest, dependable tire service from people who truly care, Hay Tires in West Ashley is the place to go. They've definitely earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

Hay tires staff know how to treat people. I am 80 years old and they treat with respect. I made an appointment to see about my exhaust system. Since the whole exhaust system has to be replaced they recommended I need to go to a muffler repair shop were they just do muffler repair and recommended one. I appreciate them so much. They could have fixed it but it would have cost more than a muffler's repair shop.

I had an issue with my Subaru's battery and went to Hay for assistance. They did a great job in their analysis of the battery and the whole electrical system. They are very pleasant and, as always, customer-oriented. So glad they are in our 'hood.

Was traveling and headed in a different direction than my wife. Low tire pressure warning came on. Took car with limited notice to Hay Tire Pro’s in Charleston, SC. Was met with a smile and understanding a few minutes before 8 AM and was out the door at 8:35 AM with a patched tire and my wife was able to drive car safely. Excellent experience. Highly recommend!
